A coming together of nostalgic Mediterranean flavours from the vibrant sun kissed fare of Greece, Turkey, Spain and Italy, finished with elevation from the French culinary repertoire.

Designed by hatted chef Nick Deligiannis, he brings to the table fresh, local and tasty ingredients intended for indulgent dining.

Marmelo

Ground Floor, 130 Russell Street.
Acclaimed restaurateurs Ross and Sunny Lusted invite guests to experience Marmelo’s vibrant bar and dining room. Known for cooking with wood and charcoal, and celebrated as one of Australia’s most creative chefs, Ross has centred Marmelo’s open kitchen around a custom-built charcoal grill and wood oven to create a menu influenced by the cuisines of coastal Portugal and Spain. 

Mr.Mills

Basement, 130 Russell Street.
An eclectic bar and late-night supper club, hidden below the chartreuse staircase of Marmelo. With an entry via Melbourne Place laneway, Mr Mills features intimate booths, late night snacks. Cocktails and an extensive wine list. Join us for cool vibes and DJ grooves.
