A coming together of nostalgic Mediterranean flavours from the vibrant sun-kissed fare of Greece, Turkey, Spain and Italy, finished with elevation from the French culinary repertoire.

Designed by hatted chef Nick Deligiannis, he brings to the table fresh, local and tasty ingredients intended for indulgent dining.

Reservations are for dining only. Walk-ins are welcome for drinks and subject to availability. Groups of 8+ are required to dine on the Chef’s Tasting Menu.

Dive into a feast that captures the essence of coastal Greece and Turkey with fresh, vibrant, and wholesome ingredients. Executive chef Nick Deligiannis will be serving up a seafood-focussed menu (fried local squid with taramasalata, loukaniko-spiced king prawn skewers, butterflied baby snapper) with Aegean flavours taking centre stage.
